Heather Duffelmeyer brings over 22 years of experience in education to her role as Director of Mission Church Academy. With 15 years dedicated to teaching and assisting at TMCA,in various roles. She has been a steady presence in the lives of children and families, ensuring excellence in both the classroom and administration.

Her background includes work with Head Start programs, therapeutic centers, and girls’ ministries, as well as supporting preschool and daycare operations. Heather’s leadership blends knowledge of regulatory compliance with a compassionate, family-centered approach. She is currently completing her Bachelor’s degree in Early Education/Administration and pursuing her Director Health & Safety certification, further strengthening her ability to guide the Academy with care and professionalism.
Known for her conscientious attention to detail and warm communication style, Heather excels at orchestrating enrollment, compliance, event planning, and parent-staff relations. She is passionate about building systems that empower staff, reduce stress, and create a supportive environment where children can thrive.
Heather’s vision for Mission Church Academy is to continue fostering a nurturing, consistent space where families feel valued and children are inspired to grow academically, socially, and spiritually.
